sec.67 Grant of training program approval
The chief executive or the general manager may grant an approval to an entity to provide training programs for the operation of recreational ships and personal watercraft only if the entity qualifies for a training program approval under section 68 . The procedure for obtaining a training program approval is in chapter 6 , part 2 .
