sec.51 Offence about fixing builders plates to ships
A person must not fix a builders plate to a ship if— the person has reason to believe information on the builders plate is incorrect or does not comply with the ABP Standard; or the information on the plate has not been approved by a builders plate approver. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) the person has reason to believe information on the builders plate is incorrect or does not comply with the ABP Standard; or
- (b) the information on the plate has not been approved by a builders plate approver.
