sec.44 Defence relating to prescribed other Queensland regulated ships
It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against section 43 if the defendant establishes that, at the time of the sale, a survey report for the ship— had been obtained; or was to be obtained for the purpose of section 29 .
- (a) had been obtained; or
- (b) was to be obtained for the purpose of section 29 .
