sec.28 General power to register
The chief executive may register a ship as a recreational ship if the chief executive considers the ship is, or will be, a recreational ship. The chief executive or the general manager may register a ship as an other Queensland regulated ship if the chief executive or the general manager considers the ship is, or will be, an other Queensland regulated ship. (sec.28-ssec.1) The chief executive may register a ship as a recreational ship if the chief executive considers the ship is, or will be, a recreational ship.
