sec.27 Requirement to register
A Queensland regulated ship must be registered as— if the ship is a recreational ship—a recreational ship; or if the ship is an other Queensland regulated ship—an other Queensland regulated ship. The owner of a Queensland regulated ship must ensure the ship is registered as mentioned in subsection (1) unless the owner has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units. The procedure for registration of Queensland regulated ships is in chapter 6 , part 2 . (sec.27-ssec.1) A Queensland regulated ship must be registered as— if the ship is a recreational ship—a recreational ship; or if the ship is an other Queensland regulated ship—an other Queensland regulated ship.
