sec.237 Definitions for part
In this part— former standard means the National Standard for the Australian Builders Plate for Recreational Boats endorsed by the former Australian Transport Council and published on 23 May 2011 by the entity formerly known as the National Marine Safety Committee. transitional period means the period starting on the commencement and ending at the end of 28 February 2022. s 237 ins 2021 SL No. 180 s 12
