sec.235 References to 2004 regulation
In an instrument— a reference to the 2004 regulation may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and a reference to a provision of the 2004 regulation may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the equivalent provision of this regulation.
- (a) a reference to the 2004 regulation may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and
