sec.230 Gazette notices and written agreements about buoy moorings continue
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, any of the following were in force— a gazette notice under former section 207(1) or 207A(1); a written agreement under former section 207(3) or 207A(3). The gazette notice or written agreement is taken to have been made under the equivalent provision of this regulation. (sec.230-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, any of the following were in force— a gazette notice under former section 207(1) or 207A(1); a written agreement under former section 207(3) or 207A(3). (sec.230-ssec.2) The gazette notice or written agreement is taken to have been made under the equivalent provision of this regulation.
- (a) a gazette notice under former section 207(1) or 207A(1);
- (b) a written agreement under former section 207(3) or 207A(3).
