sec.229 Application of particular reporting requirements to matters arising before commencement

This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to give, but has not given, a report about a matter under a former provision mentioned in column 1; and the time for giving the report under the former provision has not ended at the commencement. The provision of this regulation mentioned in column 2 applies to the person for the matter.
