sec.219 Application for restricted use flag consent taken to be application for restricted use authority
An application for a consent to use a restricted use flag for a ship under the 2004 regulation made but not finally decided before the commencement is taken to be an application for a restricted use authority under this regulation. Anything done in relation to the application under the 2004 regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the application under this regulation.
