sec.212 Appointment of shipping inspectors
For section 157 (1) (f) of the Act , the following persons are prescribed— a local government employee or officer; an employee of a water authority under the Water Act 2000 ; an employee of SunWater Limited ACN 131 034 985; an employee of the Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority. In this section— employee , of an entity, includes an agent of the entity, if the agent is an individual. s 212 amd 2024 SL No. 188 s 11 (sec.212-ssec.1) For section 157 (1) (f) of the Act , the following persons are prescribed— a local government employee or officer; an employee of a water authority under the Water Act 2000 ; an employee of SunWater Limited ACN 131 034 985; an employee of the Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority.
