sec.157 Notice about application for removal of disqualification— Act , s 202L
For section 202L (4) of the Act , the written notice must be given to the chief executive— in the approved form; and at the address stated in the approved form as the address for giving the notice.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) at the address stated in the approved form as the address for giving the notice.
