sec.156 Application for variation of restrictions— Act , s 202K
For section 202K (4) of the Act , the written notice must be given to the chief executive— in the approved form; and at the address stated in the approved form as the address for giving the notice.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) at the address stated in the approved form as the address for giving the notice.
