sec.152 Only 1 marine licence of the same type to be held at the same time
A person must not hold, at the same time— more than 1 recreational marine driver licence; or more than 1 personal watercraft licence. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
- (a) more than 1 recreational marine driver licence; or
- (b) more than 1 personal watercraft licence.
