sec.138 When amendment takes effect
If the administering agency amends a marine licence, the amendment takes effect from— the day the licence is amended; or if the administering agency stated a later day when granting or deciding the amendment, the later day.
- (a) the day the licence is amended; or
- (b) if the administering agency stated a later day when granting or deciding the amendment, the later day.
