sec.135 Div 1 applies to application for renewal
Division 1 applies to an application for renewal of a smartcard marine licence indicator for a marine licence in the same way it applies to an application for a marine licence indicator. However, the administering agency may also refuse an application for renewal of a smartcard marine licence indicator for a marine licence if the smartcard marine licence indicator was issued in error or because of a document or representation that— was false or misleading; or was obtained or made in another improper way. (sec.135-ssec.1) Division 1 applies to an application for renewal of a smartcard marine licence indicator for a marine licence in the same way it applies to an application for a marine licence indicator. (sec.135-ssec.2) However, the administering agency may also refuse an application for renewal of a smartcard marine licence indicator for a marine licence if the smartcard marine licence indicator was issued in error or because of a document or representation that— was false or misleading; or was obtained or made in another improper way.
