sec.119 Effect of suspension on renewal of authority
An authority that is suspended under section 116 (2) or 117 (2) may be renewed. However, the suspension continues until the end of the suspension term. (sec.119-ssec.1) An authority that is suspended under section 116 (2) or 117 (2) may be renewed. (sec.119-ssec.2) However, the suspension continues until the end of the suspension term.
