sec.103 Administering agency to decide application within 30 days
The administering agency must decide each application for an authority within 30 days after— the application is made; or if the administering agency has given the applicant a notice requesting further information under section 102 —the further information is given.
- (a) the application is made; or
- (b) if the administering agency has given the applicant a notice requesting further information under section 102 —the further information is given.
