sec.18 Application of division
This division applies to a Queensland regulated ship mentioned in section 26 (2) (a) or (c) of the regulation . However, this division does not apply to a Queensland regulated ship mentioned in section 26 (2) (c) of the regulation if the ship is a personal watercraft. (sec.18-ssec.1) This division applies to a Queensland regulated ship mentioned in section 26 (2) (a) or (c) of the regulation .
