sec.26 Existing exemptions
This section applies to an exemption in force, under section 143 of the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law of the Commonwealth, immediately before the commencement day. From the commencement day, the exemption is taken also to be granted under the corresponding provision of the applied provisions. The exemption applies subject to sections 27 and 28. (sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies to an exemption in force, under section 143 of the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law of the Commonwealth, immediately before the commencement day. (sec.26-ssec.2) From the commencement day, the exemption is taken also to be granted under the corresponding provision of the applied provisions. (sec.26-ssec.3) The exemption applies subject to sections 27 and 28.
