sec.71 Notice of giving of approval
If the general manager decides to give the approval applied for, the general manager must give the applicant written notice of the approval— for an approval under section 18 —without undue delay; or for an approval under section 42 —within 30 days after making the decision to give the approval. The notice must include— details identifying the approval holder and the ship to which the approval relates; and the term of the approval; and any condition to which the approval is subject under section 73 .
