sec.70 General manager to decide applications within relevant time
The general manager must decide an application for an approval under section 18 without undue delay (the relevant time ) after the application is made. The general manager must decide an application for an approval under section 42 within 30 days (also the relevant time ) after the application is made. However, if within the relevant time the general manager has told an applicant the application is not supported by enough information to enable the general manager to decide the application, the general manager may request further information. Despite subsections (1) and (2) , the general manager must decide the application— for an approval under section 18 —without undue delay after the request for further information is made; or for an approval under section 42 —within 30 days after the further information is given to the general manager. (sec.70-ssec.1) The general manager must decide an application for an approval under section 18 without undue delay (the relevant time ) after the application is made. (sec.70-ssec.2) The general manager must decide an application for an approval under section 42 within 30 days (also the relevant time ) after the application is made.
