sec.5 Definition for part

In this part— Commonwealth shipping law means— a regulation made under— the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 130 or section 339 ; or the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) ; or an order made under— the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 342 ; or the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) , section 34 .

(a) a regulation made under— (i) the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 130 or section 339 ; or (ii) the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) ; or
(i) the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 130 or section 339 ; or
(ii) the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) ; or
(b) an order made under— (i) the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 342 ; or (ii) the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) , section 34 .
(i) the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 342 ; or
(ii) the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) , section 34 .
(i) the Commonwealth Navigation Act , section 130 or section 339 ; or
