sec.49 Minimum requirements for shipboard waste management plans— Act , s 55A
For section 55A (4) of the Act , the minimum requirements for a shipboard waste management plan are— the plan and any entries in the plan must be in English; and the plan must comply with the requirements for a garbage management plan under the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983 (Cwlth) , section 26FC (3) .
