96 Amendment of prohibition notice (1) A prohibition notice may be amended by an authorised officer serving an amendment notice on the person served with the prohibition notice. (2) The amendment notice must: (a) specify the amendment and reasons for the amendment; and (b) include information about applying for a review of the decision to amend the prohibition notice under the regulations. (3) The amendment notice has no effect if it purports to deal with a contravention of a different provision of a law from that dealt with in the prohibition notice.
