88 Amendment of improvement notice (1) An improvement notice may be amended by an authorised officer serving an amendment notice on the person served with the improvement notice. (2) The amendment notice must: (a) specify the amendment and reasons for the amendment; and (b) include information about applying for a review of the decision to amend the improvement notice under the regulations. (3) The amendment notice has no effect if it purports to deal with a contravention or likely contravention of a different provision of this Act from the provision dealt with in the improvement notice.
