66 Receipt for and access to seized material If a record, device or other thing is seized and removed under this Part by an authorised officer, the officer must: (a) give a receipt for it to the person from whom it is seized and removed; and (b) allow the person who would normally be entitled to possession of it reasonable access to it if it is practicable to do so.
