43 Application This Division applies to a unit of rolling stock that: (a) has a placard on it; or (b) is carrying a container that has a placard on it; or (c) an authorised officer knows or believes on reasonable grounds is carrying: (i) dangerous goods; or (ii) a container containing dangerous goods.
