22 Competent Authority (1) The Work Health Authority is the Competent Authority for this Act. (2) The Competent Authority: (a) may exercise all the powers and perform all the functions of an authorised officer; and (b) when exercising those powers or performing those functions, has all the immunities of an authorised officer.
