151 Savings – authorised officers (1) A person whose appointment as an authorised officer under the repealed Act was in force immediately before the commencement day is taken to be appointed as an authorised officer under this Act on and from that day. (2) An identification card issued to the person under the repealed Act is taken to be an authorised officer identity card for this Act.
