15 Meanings of rolling stock and unit of rolling stock (1) Rolling stock is a vehicle: (a) consisting of 2 or more vehicles each of which is designed to run on a railway track; and (b) that is being operated or used on a railway track (whether or not it is also designed to be operated or used on a road or road-related area). (2) A unit of rolling stock is each of the vehicles mentioned in subsection (1)(a).
