66E Substitution of party to agreement If, under a Transfer Order the rights and liabilities of the transferor transport body under an agreement are transferred to the transferee transport body— (a) the transferee transport body becomes, on the transfer date, a party to the agreement in place of the transferor transport body; and (b) on and after the transfer date, the agreement has effect as if the transferee transport body had always been a party to the agreement.
