333 Instruments Without limiting sections 328 and 329, on and from the commencement day, any instrument made by the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) or the Victorian Regional Channels Authority or a sub-delegate of the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) or the Victorian Regional Channels Authority under section 170 before that day is taken to be made by Ports Victoria.
