327 Definitions ***amending Act*** means the **Transport Legislation Amendment (Port Reforms and Other Matters) Act 2022**; ***commencement day*** means the day on which Division 1 of Part 2 of the amending Act comes into operation; ***Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne)*** means the body corporate continued under section 141B as in force immediately before the commencement day; ***Victorian Regional Channels Authority*** means the body corporate continued under section 141J as in force immediately before the commencement day.
