320 Continuation of old roads fund (1) On and after the first commencement day, the old roads fund continues despite the repeal of section 107. (2) While the old roads fund is continued under this section, section 107 continues in force as if it had not been repealed and as if a reference in that section to the Roads Corporation were a reference to the Secretary. (3) Nothing in this section affects the abolition of the old roads fund in accordance with section 322. S. 321 inserted by No. 49/2019 s. 64.
