317 Superseded references to Roads Corporation or its chief executive (1) Subject to sections 318 and 319, a reference to the Roads Corporation in any Act (other than this Act or a specified Act) or in any instrument made under or for the purposes of any Act (other than a regulation made under this Act or a specified Act), or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made under or for the purposes of any Act (other than this Act or a specified Act), must be construed as a reference to the Secretary— (2) A reference to the Chief Executive of the Roads Corporation in any Act (other than this Act or a specified Act) or in any instrument made under or for the purposes of any Act (other than a regulation made under this Act or a specified Act), or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made under or for the purposes of any Act (other than this Act or a specified Act), must be construed as a reference to the Secretary— S. 318 inserted by No. 49/2019 s. 64.
