315 Things done by Roads Corporation or its chief executive before first commencement day Anything done by the Roads Corporation or the Chief Executive of the Roads Corporation in the performance of a function or duty, or exercise of a power, under this Act or any other Act (other than a specified Act) before the first commencement day is taken, on that day, to have been done by the Secretary in the performance of a function or duty, or exercise of a power, under the relevant Act.
