308 Continuation of old public transport fund (1) On and after the first commencement day, the old public transport fund continues despite the repeal of section 79VE. (2) While the old public transport fund is continued under this section, section 79VE continues in force as if it had not been repealed and as if a reference in that section to the Public Transport Development Authority were a reference to the Head, Transport for Victoria. (3) Nothing in this section affects the abolition of the old public transport fund in accordance with section 310. S. 309 inserted by No. 49/2019 s. 64.
