304 Transfer subject to encumbrances If, under this Division, property, rights and liabilities of the Public Transport Development Authority become property, rights or liabilities of the Head, Transport for Victoria— (a) the property and rights become property and rights of the Head, Transport for Victoria subject to the encumbrances (if any) to which they were subject immediately before the operation of this Division; and (b) the rights to which the Public Transport Development Authority was entitled in respect of those liabilities immediately before they ceased to be its liabilities become liabilities of the Head, Transport for Victoria.
