302 Decisions and things done under or for the purposes of the Tourist and Heritage Railways Act 2010 On the first commencement day, any decision made under, or thing done, or any instrument made or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made, under or for the purposes of, the **Tourist and Heritage Railways Act 2010**, by the Public Transport Development Authority is taken to be a decision made, thing done, instrument made or document prepared or made, by Victorian Rail Track under that Act.
