298 Things commenced but not completed by former Head, Transport for Victoria (1) This section applies if, before the first commencement day, the former Head, Transport for Victoria in the performance of a function or duty, or exercise of a power, under this Act or any other Act has commenced a matter or thing and has not completed that matter or thing before that day. (2) On and after the first commencement day, the Head, Transport for Victoria must continue and complete that matter or thing and, for the purposes of this section, anything done by the former Head, Transport for Victoria before that day is taken to have been done by the Head, Transport for Victoria.
