272 Dissolution of the Public Transport Ticketing Body (1) The Public Transport Ticketing Body is wound up and dissolved. (2) The State Owned Enterprises (State Body—Public Transport Ticketing Body) Order 2003 is revoked by virtue of this section. (3) Subject to subsection (4), on and after the commencement of section 28 of the **Transport Legislation Amendment (Public Transport Development Authority) Act 2011** any reference in any Act (other than this Act), regulation, subordinate instrument or other document whatsoever to the Public Transport Ticketing Body is to be construed as a reference to the Public Transport Development Authority unless the contrary intention appears. (4) Subsection (3) is to be construed subject to any specific provision made in respect of the application of subsection (3) in an allocation statement under Part 10 or regulations made under section 203B.
