265The Administrator

265 The Administrator (1) There shall be an Administrator of the Public Transport Ticketing Body. (2) The Administrator is to be appointed by the Minister. (3) The term of the office of the Administrator is the term (not exceeding 2 years) specified in the instrument of appointment. (4) The Administrator is appointed on the terms and conditions (including remuneration and allowances) that are specified in the instrument of appointment. (5) Subject to this Division, the Administrator is eligible for re-appointment. (6) The **Public Administration Act 2004** does not apply to the Administrator. S. 266 inserted by No. 61/2011 s. 27.
