222 Minister may direct Port of Melbourne Corporation to lease land to Port of Hastings Development Authority The Minister, after consultation with the Minister administering Part II of the **Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983**, may in writing direct the Port of Melbourne Corporation to lease any land vested in it to the Port of Hastings Development Authority, on the terms and conditions specified in the direction. S. 223 inserted by No. 38/2011 s. 21.
