201 Marine Act 1988 S. 201(1) substituted by No. 45/2010 s. 20. (1) The **Marine Act 1988** is amended as set out in an item or a provision of an item in Schedule 5 on the commencement of that item or provision. (2) Except as in this Act expressly or by necessary implication provided, all persons, things and circumstances appointed or created by or under the **Marine Act 1988** or existing or continuing under that Act immediately before the commencement of this section continue under and subject to this Act to have the same status, operation and effect as they respectively would have had if that Act had not been amended by this Act.
