163 Directions (1) A Transport Corporation must exercise its powers and discharge its duties subject to— (a) the general direction and control of the Minister; and (b) any specific directions given by the Minister with the approval of the Treasurer. (2) Any specific directions given under subsection (1)(b) may be published in the Government Gazette. S. 164 amended by No. 45/2010 s. 13 (ILA s. 39B(1)).
