161 Dividends
(1) A Transport Corporation must pay to the State the amounts, at the times and in the manner, as are determined by the Treasurer after consultation with the board of directors of the Transport Corporation and the Minister.

(2) This section applies to V/Line Corporation as if a reference to the board of directors of the Transport Corporation in the section were a reference to V/Line Corporation.
