128 V/Line Corporation (1) V/Line Passenger Corporation established under section 14 of the **Rail Corporations Act 1996** (as in force immediately before the commencement of this section) is continued under this Act as V/Line Corporation. S. 128(2) inserted by No. 34/2023 s. 81. (2) V/Line Corporation consists of one member appointed in accordance with section 151A as the chief executive officer of V/Line Corporation. S. 128(3) inserted by No. 34/2023 s. 81. (3) The chief executive officer of V/Line Corporation is responsible for the management of the functions of the V/Line Corporation consistent with the primary object of V/Line Corporation.
