115E Objects of Safe Transport Victoria The objects of Safe Transport Victoria are— (a) to seek the highest bus safety, commercial passenger vehicle safety and marine safety standards that are reasonably practicable, consistent with the vision statement and the transport system objects; and (b) to regulate the commercial passenger vehicle industry in a manner that promotes the provision of commercial passenger vehicle services that are customer responsive, competitive, efficient and accessible.
