sec.4 Waterways and associated infrastructure
Subject to subsection (2) , this regulation applies to the following Queensland waters ( regulated waters )— the waterways described in schedule 1 , part 1 ( Gold Coast waters ); the waterways described in schedule 2 , part 1 ( Sunshine Coast waters ). This regulation does not apply to a State managed boat harbour under the Transport Infrastructure (Public Marine Facilities) Regulation 2023 . s 4 amd 2023 SL No. 110 s 125 (sec.4-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , this regulation applies to the following Queensland waters ( regulated waters )— the waterways described in schedule 1 , part 1 ( Gold Coast waters ); the waterways described in schedule 2 , part 1 ( Sunshine Coast waters ). (sec.4-ssec.2) This regulation does not apply to a State managed boat harbour under the Transport Infrastructure (Public Marine Facilities) Regulation 2023 .
